A Logan County couple accused of locking their autistic child in a room face child neglect charges. Joshua Moore and Tiffany Moore have been charged after deputies were called to a home to help a Child Protective Services worker responding to a tip. The court complaint said they noticed a padlocked door in the kitchen area and the walls and mattress inside the room were covered in feces. Deputies said the Moores claimed they did not know there was feces in the room and denied that the child was ever in the room.
