A Mingo County teacher is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student. Kevin Scott Baisden, of Delbarton is charged with two counts of sexual contact against students by a school employee and one count of soliciting a minor, according to a criminal complaint filed in Mingo County Magistrate Court. School officials were alerted in December about alleged inappropriate messaging with a student at Mingo Central High School and state troopers investigated. Baisden is being held on a $30,000 bond.
