A man was injured and another was arrested in a shooting early Tuesday morning in Huntington. It happened on Henderson Lane in the downstairs of an apartment building, according to dispatchers. One shot was fired inside and another was fired outside. There were two kids upstairs in the apartment when the incident broke out, but Cabell County deputies said they were not injured. Child Protective Services responded with deputies to the scene.
