State troopers in Kentucky are investigating a crash between an on-duty cruiser and an SUV in Greenup County on Saturday evening. It happened along U.S. Route 23 through the intersection of Oakley Collins Memorial Bridge near Russel when the cruiser collided with a Hyundai SUV, according to a news release from the Kentucky State Police. KSP said that two passengers of the SUV were injured and taken to the hospital following the wreck. Eyewitness News said the trooper reported no injuries. The investigation into the accident is continuing.
