Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin announced this week that the City of Charleston is accepting applications for Hearts of our Neighborhood, a city-wide initiative aimed at supporting neighborhood projects that will revitalize spaces. Mayor Godwin first announced the Hearts of Our Neighborhood program during her 2025 State of the City address. The application, checklist, project examples and more, are posted at www.charlestonwv.gov/heartsofourneighborhood. The first round of applications is due June 15 at 5 p.m.
