A Kanawha County grand jury handed down several indictments Friday including those relating to a man accused of kidnapping and assaulting a woman. Danny Sanders of Elkview was charged with kidnapping, second degree sexual assault and malicious assault following an incident in March where a woman accused Sanders of beating her, forcing her into his home and sexually assaulting her, according to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. Sanders is expected to appear in court May 22.
