Deputies in Summers County have released more information regarding the arrest of a
woman and man accused of abducting a toddler. Deputies said they went to the home
of Lisa Pack in Jumping Branch around 5 p.m. Friday to serve a family court order.
Deputies said while they were explaining the contents of the court documents to the
bioiogical mother, a separate argument occurred. They said that’s when Lisa Pack left
the home with the toddler and was later picked up by Shawn Pack. They said the two
then drove the toddler to Raleigh County.Deputies said they put out an alert for the
vehicle and it was located and stopped. They found the toddler safe inside.Lisa Pack
and Shawn pack are both charged with concealment or removal of a minor child from a
custodian
