A youth tobacco prevention and education program in West Virginia is being terminated due to the loss of federal funding and reduced state appropriations. The West Virginia Division of Tobacco and Prevention will be unable to fund the RAZE program in the 2025-26 school year, according a letter for program advisors. RAZE started in 2001 and will be terminated July 1.
