A Kanawha County woman accused of stabbing a man in his head, arm and torso with a knife has been charged with malicious assault. Terry Jo Duncan, 54, of St. Albans has been charged after deputies responded to an Amandaville Court home, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court. Court records said the victim reported Duncan had stolen a key to the man’s apartment and entered while he was sleeping. The two were involved in a verbal argument after Duncan was asked to leave which turned into a physical altercation, according to the complaint. The victim is expected to be okay. Duncan is being housed at South Central Regional Jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
