After customer complaints, the West Virginia Public Service Commission has gotten involved, releasing a nine-page report urging Waste Management to improve their operations. Waste Management issued a statement to Eyewitness News saying, “WM believes we have been operating in full compliance with West Virginia Code and the Commission’s rules.” They have no objections to identifying ways to better communicate future service delays, especially those due to inclement and severe weather, and the company said they’ll continue to work with the PSC on their recommendations.
