According to authorities, A year-long investigation into allegations of sexual abuse material in Wyoming County, West Virginia, revealed more than 600 child pornography files on digital devices. Ronald “Poncho” Sinecoff, 53, has been charged with two felony counts of possession of child pornography, according to a news release from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office. The news release said in late 2023, Sinecoff was accused of soliciting a minor, leading to the seizure and search of several electronic devices, revealing hundreds of files depicting child sexual abuse. Investigators said videos were mostly produced using the Telegram application and “featured grim and brutal sexual abuse.” Deputies noted the charges carry a penalty of 5-to-15 years in prison and up to a $25,000 fine. Sinecoff is being held at the Southern Regional Jail on a $125,000 cash-only bond.
