A Boone County man has been charged with driving under the influence in a crash that killed a woman in May. 37-year old Cory Cantley of Peytona is charged with DUI causing death in a May 9 crash along Route 3 in the Fosterville area that killed 69-year old Donna Kay Campbell of Seth, according to a news release from the Boone County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office said toxicology results led to Cantley’s arrest. He’s being held on a $100,000 bond.
