A father and son died in a shooting after an argument early Saturday morning in Kanawha County. The initial investigation indicated “a domestic argument, possibly fueled by alcohol” led the father to shoot his son before turning the gun on himself, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies were dispatched to a Geneva Lane home in Miami after a mother found her son suffering from a gunshot wound. The investigation is continuing.
