West Virginia’s Hope Scholarship is expanding. State Treasurer Larry Pack announced in a press release this week that almost 15-thousand students will receive funding during the upcoming school year, up from about 10,700 who received full or partial scholarships last year. The scholarship is open to any West Virginia student in kindergarten through 12th grade attending a public school for tuition and school-related expenses.
