I-64 dip near Nitro is being repaired this week

Road crews have been working on the dip on Interstate 64 near the Nitro exit. Some drivers have said the uneven pavement has damaged their cars and it’s gotten worse over time. The project by the West Virginia Department of Transportation will correct the problem. The project will run from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. over the next week to ten days, weather permitting. Lane closures and traffic delays are possible during the overnight hours.
