Judge rules in favor of parents with religious reasons for no vaccine

A West Virginia judge has ruled in favor of the governor’s executive order on school vaccine exemptions in a Raleigh County case. Judge Michael Froble issued a preliminary injunction Thursday allowing the plaintiffs in the case, who said their family’s religious views would be violated if their children were forced to abide by the state’s vaccination requirements, to attend school.
