Deputies said a Logan County resident accused of stabbing a man during a property dispute Wednesday has been taken into custody. Johnny Pruitt, 72, of Accoville is accused of stabbing a man in the torso shortly before 10 a.m. along Main Street in Man, W.Va., according to a news release from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.The news release said witnesses told investigators the men were involved in an altercation that turned violent following a long-standing disagreement over property. Deputies the victim was flown to CAMC General Hospital to be treated for injuries and Pruitt was later apprehended at his home.
