Jefferson Road saw a major traffic pattern change this week with a roundabout being opened and some stop lights being eliminated. Drivers in South Charleston have had a few days to adjust to the new roundabout. Driver Charlie Eggleston said. “Everything went pretty smooth and I had no problems. I don’t personally see where there would be a lot of problems, but you never know.”
