State officials will be hosting a public information session to discuss home rebate programs for West Virginians.The West Virginia Office of Energy announced a webinar scheduled for 2 p.m. on July 30 will provide updates on efficiency, electrification and appliance rebates.The session will be open to homeowners, renters, landlords and contractors looking to apply for rebates or access state resources.
