Two arrested after kids are found living in deplorable conditions

Two people have been charged after four children were found living in a deplorable condition in Charleston. Eldon Taylor and Cynthia Burdette, both of Charleston, are charged with four counts of child neglect creating risk of injury following an investigation last week, according to a criminal complaint filed Kanawha County Magistrate Court. Police said they found four children living in deplorable conditions at a home in Charleston with feces throughout the home.
