A Boone County man has been arrested and charged with DUI for a crash that killed one woman, according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office. 37-year old Cory Cantley of Peytona, was arrested this week in connection to a May 9 crash on WV Route 3. Donna Kay Campell of Seth died in the accident. Cantley’s arrest came after toxicology results came in. He’s being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail on a $100,000 surety only bond.
