An order from state regulators aims to speed up the process of rolling out broadband in West Virginia. Providers will be able to use temporary attachments on existing utility poles to bring broadband service to customers, according to a ruling from the West Virginia Public Service Commission. WCHS TV said the ruling requires power companies to allow access and share space on poles. They’re still outlining the rules for attachment to the poles.
