The new Richwood High School took five years to build, but all the work has paid off and students are finally moving in for the first day of classes. After flooding devastated Nicholas County in 2016, Richwood students attended classes in pods in Craigsville for years. Construction on the new school is finished, and students are back in their hometown. Around three hundred Richwood students and forty faculty members are starting school today in the new high school.
