A couple accused in a child pornography investigation involving a daycare center were arraigned separately in Kanawha County Magistrate Court Wednesday afternoon. Vanessa Beauvais of South Charleston and Christopher Rush of Elkview both pleaded not guilty to charges. Records said Rush has been accused of sending photos of himself sexually abusing a toddler to another man over a social media and messaging application. Beauvais, identified as Rush’s girfriend in court documents, is accused of using her in-home daycare to access child victims. A court date has been set for Nov. 3.
