Belle’s embattled police chief has been sent a termination letter after months of administrative leave due to an ongoing criminal investigation. Mayor David Fletcher told the Belle Town Council Tuesday night about the termination letter and announced that Glenn had requested a civil service hearing. Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney Debra Rusnak confirmed to Eyewitness News that she received investigative materials related to the investigation into the chief from the West Virginia Commission on Special Investigations. She said the office was in the process of reviewing those materials.
