Gov. Patrick Morrisey ordered West Virginia to honor the memory of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Flags are lowered to half-staff at all state facilities today (Friday, September 12), according to a news release from the Governor’s Office. Kirk was fatally shot Wednesday while speaking at Utah Valley University. The shooting prompted officials from West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky to condemn political violence.
