Target is bringing back its popular Car Seat Trade-In program. From Sept. 21 through Oct. 4, guests can bring in an old, expired, or damaged car seat to any participating Target location and receive a 20% off Target Circle bonus coupon toward a new car seat or select baby gear. The program, first launched in 2016, has recycled more than 3.5 million car seats, keeping over 53 million pounds of materials out of landfills.
