An arrest has been made in a deadly hit-and-run earlier this month on the West Virginia Turnpike.
Troopers say 60-year-old Anthony Hay of Huntington has been charged after a nearly three-week investigation. He’s accused of driving a tractor-trailer that struck and killed 63-year-old Jack Walter on October 3rd.
Walter, of North Carolina, was changing a tire on the roadside while traveling to Ohio for an NFL game.
