The numbers are starting to roll in for this year, and two area schools are seeing continued student enrollment growth. The University of Charleston and Marshall University have both reported growth during times that have been especially challenging for higher education. The University of Charleston has set an enrollment record of 3,032 students this year. That is the highest since 1969. UC president Marty Roth said it is about making all forms of education available to all adults and having programming that meets the workforce demands.
