WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital has been named the best in West Virginia by U.S. News & World Report for the fifth year in a row.
The hospital also jumped two spots to rank 15th in the Mid-Atlantic region in the 2025–2026 Best Children’s Hospitals report.
Its Pediatric Urology Program ranked 28th nationally, and its Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry department earned a top-50 spot — a first for pediatric mental healthcare in the state.
