A driver is facing DUI charges after crashing into a West Virginia State Police cruiser near Davis Creek Saturday night.
State Police say the wreck happened around 11 p.m. at U.S. Route 119 and Terry Road.
No injuries were reported.
Troopers say the cruiser was on the way to assist with a pursuit connected to a reported shooting in Lincoln County.
The suspect later fled but was located and arrested in Kanawha County.
