A long-vacant building in St. Albans is getting new life. City officials say Tractor Supply Company will move into the former Parkway Supermarket on MacCorkle Avenue. The retailer caters to homeowners, farmers, gardeners and pet owners.
Mayor Scott James says the store’s popularity could draw even more businesses to the area, adding that when it opens next year, he expects increased traffic from surrounding communities.
