A Barbour County woman has been charged following an investigation into alleged child abuse. State police say 32-year-old Courtney Crites of Belington is accused of physically abusing multiple children. Troopers were alerted to the case on January first and later interviewed the children, who reported being kicked, struck, and disciplined with a paddle referred to as the attitude adjuster.
