Sen. Jim Justice visited Rivers Health Regional Health Center in Mason County to showcase progress in rural healthcare, including a $7 million emergency department expansion funded by the state. Still under construction, the project is expected to finish by September 2026. West Virginia Treasurer Larry Pack and Marshall Health President Scott Raynes also attended.
