Law enforcement is asking for help to locate a missing Putnam County woman.Alyssa Spencer, 20, was last seen about 3 a.m. in Winfield on Dec. 31, according to a social media post from the Winfield Police Department. The post describes Spencer as being 5-foot-6 and weighing 120 pounds with green eyes and brown hair.Police said she was last spotted wearing a camouflage jacket, a cream-colored flannel shirt and gray sweatpants.
