Transportation officials announced road work will impact traffic in Kanawha County starting tonight (Feb. 23). The left lane of Montrose Drive between MacCorkle Avenue and Kanawha Turnpike will be closed from 9 p.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday, according to a news release from the West Virginia Department of Transportation. The news release said the overnight closures will allow crews an opportunity to complete a replacement project for three spans along Montrose Drive.
