Lewis County pastor to face sexual abuse trial in June

Tuesday marked the first court hearing in Lewis County for former pastor John Radcliff, who is accused of sexually abusing young girls over several years. Prosecutors requested a delay in the case after investigators identified another alleged victim who lives out of state. The judge granted the continuance without objection from the defense. Radcliff was indicted last July on dozens of felony charges involving multiple victims, with some allegations dating back to early childhood. Prosecutors say additional charges could be filed. The next pretrial hearing is scheduled for June third, with jury selection set for mid-June.
