A man accused in a deadly downtown Huntington shooting appeared in court Tuesday.
27-year old Kevante White of Akron, Ohio, faces two murder charges in the February deaths of Adrian Phillips and Derious Johnson. The hearing focused on a parole violation out of Franklin County, Ohio, where White agreed to return.
Before any extradition, he must first face the murder charges in Cabell County. White was arrested February 22, two days after the shooting on 14th Street that left two men dead.
