Despite efforts to try to limit the number of people standing in line at the Division of Motor Vehicles, there were just too many people. The DMV has decided to close their 25 regional offices. Transactions can still be done online, or by mail. The DMV commissioner signed an order to extend expiring plates and licenses for three months.
