Governor Justice says trout stocking will go on as planned, despite calls to halt the program. Some are concerned that hundreds of anglers will be drawn to a handful of streams. The Governor says DNR’s fish hatcheries would be over capacity if the fish continue to grow and aren’t released. There will be some changes, state parks are open, but lodges are being closed.
