Health officials in Kanawha County will be hosting another community drive-up testing event this week. Workers from the Kanawha-Charleston Health Department and Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority will be at Nitro High School from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday. Day care workers are encouraged to make an appointment for testing, even if they don’t have symptoms. Anyone with symptoms of coronavirus, including cough, fever, shortness of breath and gastrointestinal issues, is also encouraged to make an appointment by calling the health department’s hotline, 304-348-1088.
