A 68-year-old Kanawha County man and a 76-year-old Wayne County woman are the latest West Virginians to die from COVID-19, bringing the state’s death toll to 64. Six more tested positive for the virus, for a total of over 14-hundred. The positive test result rate is just over two-percent.
