The allowed size of crowds in West Virginia is being increased from 25 to 100 people, and fairs and festivals in the state will be allowed to restart July 1 with strict guidelines. Gov. Jim Justice said medical experts advised that people can now assemble in larger crowds so restrictions will be eased. Fairs and festivals will be able to start beginning July 1, but they have to follow guidelines that will be posted on the governor’s website. Those guidelines may be able to be reduced as things move forward.
