Governor Jim Justice announced the state is on track to finish the widespread COVID-19 testing at correctional facilities by today. The goal was set for June 12 and the governor said testing is wrapping up. There are five remaining active cases at Huttonsville and 116 have recovered. Justice said there are 10 active cases at four jails and two prisons that are not Huttonsville.
