Thomas Health has signed an agreement with a new financial partner and hopes to emerge from bankruptcy by September. Thomas, which operates Thomas Memorial Hospital in South Charleston, and Charleston’s St. Francis Hospital, announced the deal worth 145-million-dollars with New York based Hamlin Capital Management.
