Governor Justice says churches in three counties are dealing with coronavirus outbreaks. There are over forty cases linked to a church in Greenbrier County, another eighteen in Ohio County, and nine in Boone County.
The Governor says face masks are a great defense against spreading the virus, but stopped short of making them mandatory.
