In response to Gov. Jim Justice’s executive order for West Virginians to wear face coverings when in buildings other than their homes, the city of South Charleston is requiring masks be worn in its recreational facilities. Visitors are required to wear a face mask or covering when entering South Charleston Community Center, South Charleston Memorial Ice Arena and Little Creek Pool.
