Charleston Community Centers Open for E-Learning

Charleston Mayor Amy Goodwin says city community centers will open to give students Wi-Fi access for e-learning. The Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center, Kanawha City Community Center and North Charleston Community Center will be open 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday for remote learning. The Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center and Kanawha City Community Center also will host after school programs. The Roosevelt Neighborhood Center will be open as well. Students have to wear masks and maintain social distancing. Weight rooms, cardio rooms and game rooms are closed.
