Three more people have died from COVID-19 in Kanawha County, raising the state’s death toll to 257. There are over two-hundred new cases of the virus, bringing the total to over twelve-thousand. The state continues to have the highest Rt rate in the country, which measures the spread of COVID-19 from person to person.
