Former Delegate John Mandt admits to using anti-gay slurs and disparaging remarks on Facebook Messenger. He says the messages were written more than a year ago, and were taken out of context. Mandt resigned over the weekend. His name will still be on the ballot, and he says he will serve should he win back his seat.
